Layla-AgentPrivacyTerms

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

This policy describes Layla-Agent, a personal AI assistant operated by Kevin, the owner of hij2.com. Contact: privacy@hij2.com.

Data accessed and purpose

After Google OAuth authorization, Layla-Agent may access email content and metadata, calendar events, Drive files, documents, spreadsheets, and contact details within the permissions granted. It uses these data to fulfill the owner’s requests, such as summarizing messages, drafting replies, organizing schedules, and working with files. Messages and attachments submitted directly to the assistant are also processed.

AI processing and service providers

Relevant prompts, conversation context, and retrieved account data may be sent to the AI model provider configured by the operator to generate a response. The model provider is currently OpenAI. The server hosting the assistant and the messaging platform used to communicate with it may also process relevant data. Cloudflare hosts this informational website and routes email sent to its contact address. These services have their own privacy and retention terms.

Google-derived data will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train or improve generalized AI models. It will be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver the requested assistant functionality and consistently with Google’s Limited Use restrictions.

Google Limited Use

Layla-Agent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Google authorization credentials are stored on the operator’s server. Conversations, tool results, attachments, and selected memory may be retained there to support continuity and troubleshooting. No automatic deletion period is promised. Data remain until deleted by the operator or removed by applicable storage maintenance. Removing Google access does not automatically delete previously stored data; third-party services may retain data under their own policies.

Access, deletion, and revocation

The account holder can revoke Layla-Agent’s access in the Google account connections settings. Contact privacy@hij2.com to request deletion of assistant-held data or ask about its handling. The operator will review requests and remove data under their control where applicable; copies held by Google, messaging services, model providers, or hosting services are subject to those services’ controls.

Website and security

These static pages contain no application login, forms, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or application-set cookies. Hosting providers may process standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security. Server access restrictions are used to protect stored credentials. No system can guarantee complete security.

Changes

The operator will update this page when material data-handling practices change. Additional users or a public release would require a review of this policy and the application’s permissions.
